Demonstration capacity. Decisions remain human and content-specific.

Templates are reusable plans, not predetermined claims of effectiveness. A library template without a linked problem is available for application, not incomplete or secretly implemented.
T-MCP
A prepared intervention for working documents that lack a revision identifier. Prepared in anticipation of a compatible requirement.
Available for application ยท prepared in anticipation
Requirements. A same-workspace problem whose criterion is the presence of owner and revision metadata. Access to the working document. A human owner who can confirm the identifier.
Tradeoffs. Does not invent a revision number. Does not close the originating problem. Implementation and effectiveness are tracked separately.
Plan. Confirm the revision identifier with the owner, preview the metadata update, save after confirmation, run the metadata check again and request evidence review.
T-OFR
Record a named owner on a working document that is treated as current without one.
Available for application
Requirements. A same-workspace problem whose criterion is a recorded owner. A person authorized to accept ownership.
Tradeoffs. Assigning an owner does not by itself prove the document is otherwise complete. A missing revision identifier remains a separate criterion.
Plan. Identify the responsible person, obtain written acceptance of ownership, record the owner field, and retain the acceptance as evidence.
T-PRD
Restore a missing policy review date without rewriting the adopted rule.
Available for application
Requirements. A documented policy version and an authorized reviewer of that version.
Tradeoffs. Capturing a review date does not publish a new policy. A superseded version cannot be made current by this template.
Plan. Locate the governing version, record the last review date from existing evidence, and submit the date for verification against the criterion.
